This may work,

TRIGGERS*Active and Run Imediatly,boxes checked
CONDITION*Player Unit Count,this condition has some settings:
Player- set to the player u want
Unit- Hesperdies Tree
Operator- == this is a maths symbol set to equals
Number- 1
EFFECT*Fire Event,set to fire the following trigger

TRIGGERS*Run imediatly and Loop, boxes checked
CONDITION*Timer,set to the time you wand,eg 30 sec
EFFECT*Grant God Power, set to the god power u want and player u want
This will give you the same god power over and over
for different god powers each time , do this to #2

CONDITION*as above
EFFECT*as above AND ADD: Fire Event,set to fire trigger #3

continue to add as many as you want, but before you do test the first three to make sure it works properly
if u want it possible for the player to be able to lose control of the tree and then have the same effects to happen again when they regain control, you will need to LOOP Trigger #1, by checking the LOOP box
HOWERVER, im not sure how this LOOP will effect the fire event triggers, so test this and play around with them a bit
im not sure abourt randomizing the god power selection
but it probably involves the use of the quest var variables ,sorry but i dont understand them at all
