Using XS User Code I think it may be possible to create a custom effect, would you be able to add or subtract to a player's population, this would make it so you could have a player with 300+ units and still be under population limit, allowing the creation of more units.
When you create a trigger in RMS you get to define each field using text, so if you create a modify protounit trigger in RMS and in the field where you define which unit you want to modify, could you put "all" in the field and have it modify all of a player's units? In a scernerio I already tried to leave the field blank and it didn't do anything. If you can put an "all" in the field in RMS, is there a way to make this work in a scernerio?
I am not at all familair with RMS script, please feel free to correct me.
