Can I make it so if I am greeks and I have a norse longhouse I can buildi norse units?

Set Tech Status: Active , search those variations. One of them is correct.

If you are greek trying to build norse units from the long house. Use Set Tech Status with Age 2 Freyja, Age 2 Heimdall or Age 2 Forseti. But you can't get Throwing Axe Men of Ulfsarks unless you play as norse.

Hm, wasn't the trick to Unforbid and Enable them?

A condition is not a trigger.
An effect is not a trigger.
A trigger is a combination of one or more conditions and effects.
It causes effects to happen if and when conditions are met.
Period.

Unforbid and Enable doesn't work for units/buildings that are in a different age on its own. You'll have to use the Set Tech for the Age of the unit/building as well. Just wanted to point that out.

No, actually for the norse, there is an exception for creating longhouse units like the Throwing Axe Men or the Ulfsark. You can't just "Unforbid and Enable" them to make them useable.
But for other things, like houses enabled for atlantian villigers, you can use the "Unforbid and Enable" effect.
