I am assuming everyone is aware that a 712 by 712 map can be created (by creating a large, 8 player, islands map). Does anyone know of any problems in having a map of that size? I am aware of one; the map size cannot be changed at all.

If using Reyk's editor, you can modify the map by placing a +100 on one (or both) of the 2 boxes in the world size screen.

On Reyks editor go to file new, then make the map size on the drop down box go up to 2000.

well Theris, you can't really expect to have fun playing a PC game if you don't have any "strength" in your machine.
I've got an almost 1MHz Pentium4 processor with almost 250MB RAM and the game stops if I add dust, footprints, etc.
You must pay if you want to play, that's what George has to say...
sorry for the little poem there, but couldn't resist my nature.
