My brother-in-law and I just purchesed AOM Titans a month ago. We love the game and are becoming addicted to it. We are still very new and are asking for some help. We'd like to design our own maps to use when we play each other in multiplayer. We've used the editor but can't seem to figure out how to save the map we create into the same format as the maps in the RM and RM2 folders.
Please help the noobs get their feet wet with designing maps.
Thanks!

Hello killshot, welcome to AoMH! I am sorry to say that the scenario editor is used to make scenarios, not random maps. To make random maps you must use a text editor (such as notepad or wordpad). But the good news is that you can play scenarios online. When you go to select a map to play, scroll down and select scenario. Then another screen will pop up and you should then select the scenario you want to play. Have fun and happy map making!

It depends what forum you are looking at. All the threads in the forum were in right now are about scenario design. If you want to learn to Random Map Script (RMS), you can post in this forum. For some scripting guides on how to RMS, look here.

Hey! Welcome! If you ever need any specific help, come to Lucky-Zion Studios and we'll help you with everything!
But first I would suggesting downloading a lot of maps for ideas and inspiration in the downloads section.
Welcome again! Hope to see you at LZS!

Alright guys, lets stop advertising your design team. I don't think they want to join a team, they just want to design somethings for fun. But I may be wrong. In that case, I would suggest joining LZD because they seem friendly to newbes and are a good place to start your career.
EDIT: Post 1600 for me... cool!

welcome to the game killshot, with the editor you make scenarios which you can play with your friends online. RMS is a totally different field and I'd suggest that you DL some of the many RMS maps available and place them in your RM2 folder to play. I wouldn't go into RMS yet, but rather stick with designing which is more pleasurable in my opinion.
