Make a Render Sky trigger. And use one of these skies:
SkyBlue SkySunset SkyStormy
... And I forgot the other one

SkyWinter is the other. Uhh.... just don't get to far from the edge of the map or things get laggy at low angles. If you see black at the bottom of, say, the Blue sky, simply raise the terrain accordingly to block it out. You shouldn't encounter that problem with the Sunset sky (larger model), but the others tend to have less coverage when you get closer to the edge of the map; find a comfortable distance between laggy and coverage. Uhh, other than that.... trees can become ugly at low angles, so you'll either want to rotate them toward the camera or use cinematic trees. Also, if you use sky behind water, there can be an unpleasant space between the terrain elevation and the top of the water where you can see the sky "underwater"; for that, you may want to try to raise the terrain at the edge of the map so it's level with the top of the water. Tricky affair, that. One thing about low-angle sky shots is that you don't have to worry about scale so much; for example, to make things appear further away, you can simply shrink them and place them somewhere in the shot.
That's all my skyly place tips.
