Designer: Xtreme64

Plot:

Humans have posioned the planet of Earth. They made thousands of species go extinct, and have polluted the atmosphere and the air. But nature wouldn't let their horrific actions go unpunished. In the year 2254, they were wiped from the face of the Earth by tornadoes, meteors, and tidal waves, all caused by their own actions.

The great gods above rebuilt the nearly-destroyed Earth, and for over twenty million years, the planet was populated by peaceful, unintelligent creatures. But then the gods created intelligent species from the animals of the world. There were three species of intelligent creatures: bipedimals, hugispecs, and pygmies, each with their own set of subspecies. Physically, they looked exactly like humans. But they were much more peaceful in nature. Unfortunately, this meant that they were prime targets for predators.

Legend tells of a great oasis in the middle of a North American desert. This desert, created by the evil gods of Horricca, is the most hellish habitat on Earth, but the Oasis is simply heaven. Legend states that predators cannot go inside the great walls of the Oasis, so for centuries, the three intelligent species have tried their best to get there. They always fail, for the predators of the desert that guard the Oasis hunt them down.

A bipedimal named Miko is the last one of his subspecies of island bipedimals. He's forced to leave his home on Ellis Island, and leave the territory that was once New York City. He seeks the Oasis so he and his pygmy buddy, Rufus, can be safe. But there are surprises along the way...

Gameplay:

Campaign with many different cinematics, many substories, but all based on one, single story.

Features:

- 12 scenarios.
- Over 40 different fantasy creatures, evolved from the creatures of today
- Loads of characters
- Many sidequests
- Shops (unique for a non-RPG)
- Pretty scenary and towns
- A full cinematic prologue and epilogue

And much more.

Screenshots:

(please note that I'm not THAT great at map-designing or eye-candy, but I try!)

Bipedimal Village
Miko's home on Ellis Island. His father, Karapu, leads the village.

Hugispec City
Myrra's home in the desert. She has no parents, so she takes care of herself here.

Desert Town
A small town in the middle of a desert oasis.

Random Village
Another random village on Ellis Island.

Progress: Scenarios: 12% Triggers: 9%

Characters:

- Miko: A bipedimal of the island subspecies, Miko is the last of his kind. He is kindhearted and friendly, but knows when to fight. He gets easily depressed, but that doesn't happen very often. Being a teenager, he couldn't help but have a crush on Myrra. He was formally a native to Ellis Island.

- Myrra: A tough but beautiful hugispec of the ariod subspecies, Myrra is definitely a desert girl. She knows all of the tactics and strategies of surviving the great desert in North America. She can kill many predators, but some are just too tough for her, like the frillers. She ends up forming a strong relationship with Miko.

- Rufus: A pygmy of the mini subspecies and Miko's best friend, Rufus may be small, but he's actually a tough guy. At least, in his dreams. He's rather egocentric, but everyone loves him for it.

- Kymu: A bipedimal of the velock subspecies, Kymu is naturally fast and agile. Unfortunately, this means he's often very hyper, and often jumps into situations before actually thinking about it. Kymu saves Miko from the horrific desert, and shows him to the group of bipedimals, hugispecs, and pygmies called the Akinuus that make up the group that'll head for the Oasis.

- Quar: Leader of the Akinuus. Selfish, rude, and yet very strong and powerful, anyone who doesn't respect his authority suffer terrible consequences. He and Myrra are both desert-experts, whether either of them like to admit it or not. He's a bipedimal, member of the megamal subspecies.

Please let me know if I'm doing anything wrong, for I'm rather new here.

Thanks everyone! I'm glad I've gotten good comments thus far.

I added some new information to the first post, including more characters and information on what each screenshot is about.

Just to let you know, I'm not an environmentilist. I just used the popular idea that we're all gonna die from global warming into my campaign story. I'm not saying I believe it.

Hey, I never said that Miko was the last of his species at the beginning of the campaign.

That means his father's gonna die.

You should get some help, 22 scenarios will take a long time, also you said you weren't very good at eye-candy so it's just something to consider. BTW nice idea, but I don't know about some of the names.

It's based off a book I wrote, so if you're iffy about the names (I can understand why you wouldn't like Rufus), it's because the book was about talking animals of the future.

And BTW, I have a LOT of spare time, not to mention that each scenario is a little smaller than your average scenario. So 22 scenarios shouldn't take TOO long.

I'll probably get help, anyways. I'm now a designer on Kalos Designs and Lucky Zion Studios.

May i suggest, you condense the amount of scenarios from 22 to a smaller amount, remember, quality, not quantity!

Well, there's a lot of ground to cover, and besides, each scenario is at my hgihest quality I've ever done, but I guess I can shrink it to, say, 12?

With the size your map looks, 12 is a perfect number.
