Ive bring trying this trigger for days and do not know how to use it.

I know how to do everything i just dont know how to set the unit to modify. If any1 can help me please reply.

modify proto units is used to modify a unit. lets say u want a hoptilit to have 18 attack. u make a triger.

trigger: run imeditaly, active
conditions: always
effect: modify proto unit: hand hack attack (or what ever its called) and then i u add on the damage u want so if it starts at 9 and u want 18 u add 8. for taking away damgage u use a negive number.
