Personally, I find the question thread to be fine for its purpose. That is, to unclog the forum from simple questions about scenario design.
It is recommended that you post a new thread only if your question has not been answered in the question thread in a few days or about 10 replies. (depends) I do not think there is anything wrong with this system.
At most, you would only have to look back a few pages for your question. Typically, all questions in there answered (even if it is just a "i'm not sure" type answer.)
And, worse comes to worst, you can always make a new thread after consulting the question thread.
My Scenario: Battle PitThere once were four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody and Nobody. There was an important job to do and Everybody was asked to do it. Everybody was sure Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it. Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job. Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody would not do it. It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.
