For those of you who did see my map some 6 months ago... I would like to apologise. I expected to finish it in one month... but school and other priorities started getting ahead of me.. Maybe... just maybe... if I get enough time I might be able to finish it. I am on the last few triggers for GP grants and ages. So far its pretty good... Here is the old topic if you don't know what I am talking about...
~Story~
The cat has surmassed an army to break out of the prison that the gods have imprisoned him in, seeking to create chaos and destruction starting in the norselands. He has power beyond that of man's imagination... and unless he is countered, he will destroy the world as we know it. You have heroes from all across the lands coming to your aid. The question is, will you stand and fight? Or will you try to outrun the evil that is sure to catch you eventually?
~Features~
The cat has a full army which includes Lava giants, Snow giants, and mountain giants. (Name change ^^)
The cat's army is very balanced even though his units are all super charged for battle... with 10x the power of normal units.
The cat recieves random god powers every minute.
Later on in the game, the cat and the mice can invoke thier "Avatar" mode, which is a god power which transforms them into powerful demi-gods for a short period of time.
The first two mice are attackers, they have stronger units and thier armory improvements cost less. =
The second two mice are escape specialists, they have stronger buildings and thier units move faster. =
The map has a full day-night cycle which repeats every 10 minutes. -
The mice recieve random god powers each time the advance to the next age. (not normal god powers)
The mice can inherit certain objects by building settlements in certain places.
The mice' myth units cost only favor, and alot of favor at that.
The mice have infinite resources.
The mice can summon the mighty Gerom Bird if they hold a Gerom tree for 2 minutes.
The cat is epically destroyed after 20 minutes by the gods.
The game has 300 triggers and will have 400 near the end.
The god powers are custom, with the transform trigger, what they do is explained in the objectives of course!
The Roc is killed halfway through the game in order to make things more interesting.
~Starting Units~
The mice start with:
1 hero, two mice get brokk, while the other two get eitri.
3 Builders (Heroes of Ragnarok)
1 Healer (Valkyrie)
1 Sorcerer [Circe]
And one Roc
~Making the Scenario~
It is a 400x400 map with 9 players, the last 4 are cpu's and players 1-4 are mice. While player 5 is cat.
The diplomancy is auto adjusted when the game begins, via trigger, so no one has to worry about diplomancy!
The map is bound to challenge players in ESO, because it will be balanced and challenging.
~Progress~
Map~100%
Triggers~90%
Cinematics~100%
Now I am re-posting this because I want to let people know what happened... and to ask if anyone could help me... Perhaps? I want someone to give me feedback about whether I should continue this project or just stop altogether.
Anyone up for it?
