I made my first scenario, but I have problems with the AI. You can download it here. It uses the Admiral X AI and for some reason it doesn't do what it's supposed to do: move to another island when resources on the starting island are depleted and it also doesn't make any battle ships.
If you have the time, I'd really appreciate it if you can open it with the editor and give me some tips.

Also, I can't find where the "Effects" dialog is in the editor, so I can put some dialogs in the starting cinematic.
What is the condition trigger for "when building/unit X is built"? I had to use condition "own X units" for finishing the objective to construct a TC - 3 citizens.
Is there also a way to increase building rate for only one player, because I had to increase the construct rate when "build a TC" objective is active, so people won't have to wait 2 minutes to build a TC with 2 villies, but the AI also builds uber-fast.
I also couldn't make an objective to garrison all relics, don't I have to "units garrisoned" then select all relics with shift and "set source unit"?

im not very good at scenario design for AI but... did you try to make him moderate or hard?

Yes I did, after all starting resources are depleted, it just sits there, even when it's explored all the map and can see the resources.

maybe some trigger error, re-check them and see if it works.

Perhaps you could use "Player Unit Count".
Is there also a way to increase building rate for only one player
Effect: Modify Protounit, Settlement Level 1, Build Points (I think that's what they're called). However normally you can't really notice a difference, however take away too many and it'll build instantly.
Also, I can't find where the "Effects" dialog is in the editor, so I can put some dialogs in the starting cinematic.
Go here and look for the heading "Dialogues" under "Advanced Camera Tricks".

AI is always the last thing I put in a scenario. It's not as hard as it seems it is. Very intimidating to most but isn't that hard as long as you aren't doing you own scripting.
