To create a tower like this there are three ways:

Activate Trigger Loader
Quest Var Vector Set (V1, The point of the map where you like to see your building emerging)
Loop all effects start (how you want your building to be high -I usually don't put more than 50-)
Army Deploy (1 unit, E.G. anubite, wherever you want)
Army Change Type (Armor Glow Small)
Army Teleport to QV Vector (V1)
Quest Var Vector Modify (V1, Y+3 -of course you can change this,but 3 is fine-)
Loop all effects end
You will probably think that some passages are useless, like:
But if you won't do that you will see your units be transformed on the ground.

Timer MS Accurate (1 or more)
Transform all units on map (Armor glow small, the building you want)
You will probably guess if the second trigger is really useful, and yes, it is: if you transform the units directly in the first trigger it won't work :(. If you put timer ms accurate on 1 MS the building emerges immediatly though, while if you use the normal Timer MS you need to put more, like 500 MS.
