Hello! I have had intense trouble in the attempt of disabling building regeneration, if the player is Gaia. My attempts included:
1. Set Tech Status - Age 1 Gaia/unobtainable 2. Damage units in area (loop, always) - 0.024
My problem is that I could NOT remove the regeneration. When my damage trigger was set to approximately 0.024, it worked splendidly! However, when I tested the map for another time without changing a thing, the regeneration was somehow at a different speed than earlier! I believe Gaia's regeneration bonus is based on the percentage of the building it wants to heal. However, that doesn't explain why the speed of healing differs in every playtest I try. This prevents me from fixing the problem using "Damage Units in Area"! Any help? :S

Well, damage units in area will have problems because it will also effect units.

Ehhhh... I just tried it with 1 damage per second and that did the job.
Does your trigger have a high priority?

Yes, my trigger was on high priority. Do I need to put that back to normal?

Running something on loop that requires timing when there is no timer in the condition will NOT give you an accurate timer. It will run at the speed that the game can cope with - the more stuff to process the slower it will run.
A trigger with a timer on 1 second condition and high priority will do reasonble precision.
