With all these new RPG's coming out, I thought it might be cool to have an RPG tournament. The new designers could hone their skills and even learn from their competitors.

Look in the downloads section under single player and there's at least 3 previews or demos and 2 or more completed ones.
I know that there are not nearly as many rpg posts as in AomH prime years, but there does seem to be a resparked interest.

If anybody is interested in entering, you can email me at

Necromancer, I think that in a tournament where you could enter all different types of scenarios, it would be to difficult to judge. It's difficult to compare a scenario where you only control one unit and a scenario where you control an entire civilization.

Ok, so in light of necromancer's and glen's great suggestions, I've decided to expand the types games you can submit. I have only a few rules:
1. The scenario CANNOT be just a cinematic. There MUST be playability.
2. The player you control cannot, at any point in the game, control a town center. If the player is Egyptian, the same rule applies to docks. Exception: If a player is using a town center/dock for hotkeys, that's fine. Just make sure these buildings don't affect the rest of the map.
All submission's must be in by the day after Thanksgiving day.
