I forgot about the question thread, and I've been here quite a while, but your answer wasn't what I wanted anyway. Was talking about the unit type ids, the ids for the protounit type of each unit, and then classifications in a seemingly arbitrary order.

Above 800 are things like cUnitAbstractArcher (constants for unit types, that aren't usable in triggers, but are in ai and I think rms). 800 is the highest in titans. It's a bit lower in vanilla but I forget exactly. Anyway it's not quite answering most of my questions. I was really only asking about the unit types more than just the units. Sorry if this is getting a bit annoying. Apparently there's a function in the knowledge base that gives you this id though, even for unit types.
