From the screenshots there clearly was some sort of pitch control in the editor for cinematics. Now it's gone though.
The only way to recreate "lowpitch" cinematics is to use EO (lamir)'s zoom editor and edit the pitch. Then go to your scenario - put down 1 scene, close the game, change the pitch again, and add+1 scene and so on.
I explored some of tha data files the other day. There's a "designer" mode in AOM - where you have finer control of many things - sutch as wireframing units, revealing map, editing/viewing stats, speeding up gamespeed and lots more that i can't remember.
I found this:
// Toggle camera limiting
map("control-alt-c", "developer", "cameraLimit")// Get to a camera limit valid viewing angle but with camera limit off.
map("alt-shift-c", "developer", "cameraLimit(1) cameraLimit(0)")
I've tried changing the thing to "game" or "editor" to get the hotkey to work for the editor, but i guess they disabled developer mode. Maybe the files are still laying around there somewhere.
Besides that i've found nothing else that controls the camera. (besides normal zoom and rotate).
Someone needs to search the data files for camera controls.
