I don't think that will work, 01_Mike_10; there are effects in the Scenario Editor called 'Advance Campaign', 'Advance Campaign Progress' and 'Advance Campaign Scenario', as well as 'Branch Scenario' and 'Campaign Dialog'. Some of these will produce the kind of messages you see at the end of scenarios in the campaigns supplied, but none of them actually takes you to a new scenario (or indeed, has anywhere where you could specify what the next scenario is).
If you look in the 'data' folder under your 'Age of Mythology' you'll find there are files called 'learn to play.cpn', 'learn to play.xmb', 'main campaign.cpn' and 'main campaign.xmb'. I assume that these are the files that define the two campaigns supplied with the game. You can examine the .cpn files in a text editor such as Notepad, but simply copying one of them and giving it a new name and inserting the names of your own scenario files doesn't work either - at least, it doesn't give you a new campaign to choose from the list of campaigns in game. I suspect there also needs to be a corresponding .xmb file, but I have no idea how to create it (thought I did see a thread on these files a way back, to which someone from ES contributed, so searching the archives may turn up something).Edit: I've now located the thread I was just referring to: it's at http://aom.heavengames.com/cgi-bin/forums/display.cgi?action=ct&f=13,8370,,all[This message has been edited by Myth Maker (edited 12-17-2002 @ 03:56 PM).]
