THe big orange poop globs are supposed to look like cheesy mist, but AOM seems to have some kind of limited pallete for them Does anyone know how I can get the colors to work or see which colors work and which don't? Thanks

    If the textures are paletted, you'll encounter some problems because AOMEd's palettising code is awful. Reducing to a 256-colour image in a proper paint program, then changing back to 16 million (24-bit) before saving as a BMP, would give immensely better paletted images.
    If they're not paletted (most unit textures aren't), it could be a problem with the DXTC compression code, but that ought to work acceptably... Could you upload the texture's BMP to show what it ought to look like?

    What, you're a cheese fanatic but you got something against velveeta slices?!

    Instead of saving it as the suggested format, I saved it as

    "15-bit, 1-bit alpha[0]",5 mip-map

    This version keeps the texture from being altered, but the alpha (how opaque it is) is not as good. You can try to round the corners off. Since it's only 1 bit alpha it may not do shades of grey, maybe only black and white. Try different "versions" and you may get the desired reasult.

    There was a minor bug in the 12-bit conversion code (it used 15-bit colours...) but it should be fine when the new AOMEd (with added XML-based .SCN trigger editing) is finished sufficiently to not fall over too often

    BTW, I hope buffing up is more than just colorizing him yellow O wait, I just noticed the holes Never mind.
