I'm trying to use some TGA files in the Textures folder as overlays for the campaign screen. What format should they be in for AoM to recognize the transparent pixels?

I think they need an alpha channel (don't ask me how )

    I really dont see why you need to use TGA's using dtt would solve your problem.
