Tim, instead of being a moderator, you could very easily get banned.

Hey Tim,
It's great to see you're almost finish with the tutorial on this awesome discovery . This will, without a doubt, be one of the most influential tutorials for AoM scenario designers!
Keep up the good work, Tim, and try not to let your other ambitions get in the way of this wonder progress you're making with scenario designing .
Anxiously ,
Bryan

I am going to start laughing if someone else beats Tim W in submitting the tutorial. That's what you get for dragging your feet.....

Those pics would be painfully easy to fake. I recommend that, if you actually do discover something and contribute to the world of AoM Scenario Design, that you not try to force AoMH under your twisted cotrol. If demanding to be a moderator-or-I-won't-help is the way to gain power, then Cheezy Monkey would own this site.
Pay attention to my sig, Tim, you get your name on it soon!

CheeZy,
This discovery on unit sizing isn't something that can be easily done, and if Tim actually found it, he deserves much better praises than just my encouragements and compliments .
And I'm quite certain that once this technique is announced, his name will be on virtually all the credits section of scenarios/campaigns that benefited from unit re-sizing.

Quoted from Alexandergreat3:
if Tim actually found it
Exactly. If Tim actually found it, he would be one of the greatest contributions to Scen Designing. If Tim actually didn't find it, he will be ran out of town on a rail. Even you, Alex, don't sound too confident. It's quite easy to jump at something you want really bad. I did the same thing. But please, consider other's thoughts. Personally, I think Tim W wanted his Five Seconds of Fame. People like Cheezy aren't stupid. If scaling is possible without ES doing it, I don't think Timmy here is gonna get it.

We don't know how easily done it is, Alex. When Tim W stops trying to blackmail the mods, and dangling a sodding carrot on a stick in front of our collective noses, and releases the bloody thing, I will be the first to thank him. Until then, his little games aren't much appreciated.

The pics look authentic enough, he can get praise for discovering this, but he doesn't deserve praise for being immature and gloating all over the place.
I say lets just wait for the article before jumping to conclusions and awarding people medals.

Those pics could definately be authentic, but they could just as easily be fake. If we are to believe him then give us the tutorial.

demand to be a mod... plus cheezy's reply really turned my stomach upside down and almost vomited right there.
it is now that i'm soully disappointed at u Tim. you don't just demand: i can demand to be a mod too, following that logic, when i get my campaign done! 25 maps! beat that! erggg... soon it's all mods in here.

mistacheese,
The reason that I said "if" was because up to this point, it is not yet one hundred percent certain that it is possible to re-size units until Tim actually releases the tutorial.
However, I'm one hundred and ten percent certain that once the tutorial is released, it will be one of the most important discoveries for scenario editing in AoM.
Quoted from mistacheese:
Personally, I think Tim W wanted his Five Seconds of Fame. People like Cheezy aren't stupid. If scaling is possible without ES doing it, I don't think Timmy here is gonna get it.
Since the fans don’t get paid for what they do, getting recognitions for their contributions -- whatever their contributions might be -- are things that motivate them in doing what they do, and I believe they really deserve the recognitions when their involvements benefit others.
Nevertheless, this is not to say that Tim’s asking for becoming a forum moderator has anything to do with the subject being discussed, which is unit-resizing in the scenario editor.
To Tim W,
I hope you will understand that asking for a job as a forum moderator is an entirely different issue from writing a design tutorial on a wonderful editing technique that will be beneficial to scenario design enthusiasts. While some forum Angels such as Shadows are active in scenario editing, their works as moderators are not be involved with scenario editing itself, but rather with "moderating" the forums at AoM Heavens (hence the name "forum moderators").
Being a good moderator doesn’t require one to be a good scenario designer, and vice versa .

It's a different story if you are not just mocking us, Tim. U'll be given the praise for the discovery...
but not moderating. it's one way or the other anyone can be a good mod ONLY IF they understand and care what's going on with this forum business, what's rude what's not, what's spam what's not, etc. It's a lot of things and you appearantly doesn't know even the tip of that iceberg.
