im trying to make a mod a hoplite head iron. I'm pretty sure i have the right format: 15 bit 1 bit alpha 1, 5 mip map. but whenever i convert back the log window comes up and the head looks weird.coud anyone point out my problem. thanks!

hmm... I checked to see what it was and i got the same as you, 15-bit, 1-bit alpha [1], 5 mip-map levels i dont know whats wrong. did you try it more than once?

yes, ive done it about 20 times. i even tried replacing it with its own texture and its stll screwy.

Perhaps You use AoMed 06 b (B, not A). With b itīs possible, that this mipmap level is not converted correctly. You find out, which version You use, if You open AoMed and goes mouseover in the taskbar field. B works only with converting terrain.ddts, all the other files must convert with A.

well, maybe for some freak reason, the size of the texture is off. maybe somebdy could tell me the length and width in pixels.
