When you edit a model with an animation you should edit the model before you’ve ran the import script, because otherwise you’ll get some really strange animations.
How do you do that? Isn't it hard to edit a black blob?

What I do is select one frame and hide the others. But I've come on something else, when you just edit something that has an animation it will act very weird. But when you select auto key (bottom of the screen) then you don't have that problem, well just try it out.

You have to change all the frames, atleast you have to do that with the guild, so I assume you have to do that to all the animtions. That's why it takes so much time to edit animations.
It isn't that one with the key but the but I thought right of the key.
