Hi. I'm making a new flying unit for AoM based off of the Roc. Since the Roc has no attack and my unit attacks, I have to make a new model. The problem is, I can't convert the file back into a .brg file because I have no original file. Does anyone know how to get around this? Please help.

I already have an exporter, and that works fine. Whats wrong is that when I can't convert it back to a .brg file with AoMeD because I don't have an original file to base it on.

well did u do a lot of modding to it with GMax? Because an easy way to fixit is mod it again and make sure u have the right # of layer. Do this by holding shift on the mod in GMax and than say copy. make sure they are named animated 001, animated 002, animated 003... un till u have the # of original model had. to find the number of layers just import the original model and check.

I have created my own attack model because the Roc doesn't have an attack.

The file requested is the file you originally imported into gmax. Even though your new file is (say) Roc_attackA, you still point it to the Roc_idleA (or whatever you orinally used). It needs this so it can copy some control information.

What I did is I took the roc_idlea, imported it into gmax and deleted all of the animation keys. Then I just animated it myself. Whenever I try to use the Roc_idlea or any other roc file, is says it cannot convert it because it has the wrong number of frames.
