I created a simple new building that was modded after the hespideres tree. The new building, or tree is exactly the same as the hespideres(cant die, etc) except it researches techs instead of training units. I made a new tech that was simple(at the cost of 30 favor, attack of human soldiers increases). However, when I click on the tech in game at the tree nothing happens! I have no idea why. Please help, thanks.
Make sure all your codes are closed and proper.. That's all I can think of. Also check if the Protox lines up.

It is all correct. If it was a simple error I would have found it out already. Whats wierd is I even made it so the new tree building researched Husbandry, a tech that comes with the game. It didnt work either! But when I clicked on the tech in the granary, it did! Its something with the unit. What!?

Maybe check for spelling errors - in flags, unittype definitions, etc.

hespideres is a different building-I will check to see about those flags. Does anything have to do with the fact that the tree is a third age building researching archaic age techs in the arcaic age? I dont know but I am confused.
