First off, again, if you can, PLEASE take a moment more to make your posts a bit easier to read. It took me a few tries to understand what you were asking. If English isn't your first hand language, I understand, but it is sometimes a little tough.
Now for your questions, all of which were addressed (to some extent) already.
"all mods dont say,hm hm,i instaled tarantula mod and after him nephertyti mod,i copy and paste everything but the new is not shown in the buildings??under copy and paste i mean that i copy and paste the protox unit in my proto not replacing them,i dont get any error when starting game or random map."
As I Love Bananas mentioned "Though, if a techtree.xml file is included, it can most likely be created ingame." The proto file is to get the ability to have the unit available in the editor. If the file "techtree.xml" is included, assing that to your main techtree file (just like with the proto file) would allow you to train them ingame.
"then why they make mods if cant be played in random map, this mod are for what??for good looking."
Some people just like to mess around with units in their editor. For most (Especially your Elemental Warrior) its the fact that the unit is so strong/unbalanced that putting it in the game would ruin the point of playing. If you don't mind this, then you'll need to learn how to add units to your tech tree on your own, as most editors don't bother.
As for your Elemental Warrior, there is no god for it, it cannot be trained ingame.
