How can I set texture variations so that there are two variations for a texture per upgrade?

@ AgeofKnights II - if you mean you want texture variations for the unit just put in VariationLogic after the SetSelector and use a different RepleaceTexture for each variants, eg:
SetSelector
VariationLogic
Set Hotpost
Version
Visual MyModel
ReplaceTexture Old Texture/New Texture1
Set Hotpost
Version
Visual MyModel
ReplaceTexture Old Texture/New Texture2
If you mean the unit has a number of textures that you want to change just do a replaceTexture on each one, eg:
SetSelector
Set Hotpost
Version
Visual MyModel
ReplaceTexture Old Texture Body/New Texture Body
ReplaceTexture Old Texture Head/New Texture Head
ReplaceTexture Old Texture Cape/New Texture Cape
ReplaceTexture Old Texture Shield/New Texture Shield
