Hello all,
Such a great forum and I'm ashamed to have signed up so late.
I've been playing AOM and TT for years and I actually received AOM Collectors edition for Xmas many years ago.
Now, to the point;
A couple of years back I really got into modding AOM with Vachu's Object Editor and it was great to see customized units flocking the field with devastating attacks.
I'm sure many of us were disappointed when the Object Editor was not updated with the release of TT.
So now here we are, I'm currently editing protox.xml and techteex.xml and making a "balance" mod for AOM TT Ground up.
So far so good but that leads me to ask the question; HOW do you edit the Egyptian and Norse building cost overrides???
I did not give up so easily and I've been looking through all other .xmb/.xml files and I found what I thought would fix this. The file faketechtreecosts.xmb/.xml contains override proto cost variables this however only affects the "Online Civilization Chart" found ingame near diplomacy ect.
This DOES NOT change ingame costs...
So Please HELP!!!
