What your asking can only be done in a model editing program , like Gmax . I can help you with it , but I'm at work now ,I'll explan later.

Ok Im back, I dont know if you know anything about Gmax or not, So ill try and break it down for you.
First you need Gmax and Gmax exporter and Gmax scripts. I think you can still get them from Programs and tutorials for modding , In the sticky threads.
You need to extract all the .brg files for your unit, Use barexplorer to extract them from the models bar file.
Then use AOMED to convert all the .brg files to .3ds files by opening AOMED and clicking direct file conversion and brousing to your .brg files.
Then open Gmax, click file / import , Brouse to the folder where your .3ds files are and open the first one. On the 3DS screen pick replace current scene. The model will be a jumbled showing all the frames at once, at the top of the Gmax screen you will see the tool bar, Click Maxscript / runscript, Brouse to the folder with your Gmax import script, Click importsm_gmax.ms . You model should now show one frame. With your mouse click on the model to select it, On the upper right hand side of the screen is another tool bar, Click Modify , Its the second icon from the left. Now go back to the upper tool bar and click Modifiers / Parametric Deformers / Xform. Xform should now show up in the right hand box under the tool bar. click on the + in front of Xform to expand the menu , click center. A yellow sight should appear on the screen by ur model, Make sure it is at the bottom of your models feet and centered, you can move it with the mouse. Now click on Gizmo. Go back to the top tool bar , just under Graph Editers is the scale button, it looks like a box inside of a box, click it, Go back to the yellow sight at the bottom of your model , Hold the mouse over it till you see the scale icon appear , Drag the mouse till the model is the size you want it.
Save your new model, click maxscript /runscript brouse to your export script and click it. compleated should pop up , close the pop up and click maxscript / maxscript listener , Minimise Gmax , Go to the folder where you put Gmax exporter , click on GMAXEXP and name your new 3dx model. export and save, The 3dx model will be in the same folder as GMAXEXP, Now you have to convert the .3dx back to .brg with AOMED, run AOMED brouse to you .3dx model and open it with direct file conversion, converting click ok, save the file, click brouse for file and brouse to the original .brg file for the model your using and click on it. click ok . your new .brg is done.
return to Gmax, close the listener window , Go to Xform in the right box and right click on it then copy , Now import your next .3ds model , Repeat the first steps untill you creat Xform , after you creat Xform right click on it and past , The size changes you made for the first model will be applyed to the new model , Save the new model and export it same as the first model.
You then repeat this for all of your .3ds files.
I know this sounds like alot but once you get the hang of it, its not too bad, I hope this helps . If you get stuck let me know Ill try and help.

are you using the single material import script, Thats the one i normaly use, there's another one , but I dont think you can get it here. Let me try and import the model and see if I have the same problem, or if you doing something wrong, Ill get back with you after I check it out.

Ok I looked into importing the model ,hero g theseus_idlea
and I had no problems with it .
When you open Gmax , In the upper left hand corner, click file then import. The select file to import window will open , Brouse to your hero g theseus_idlea.3ds file and double click it , The 3ds import window will open , select completely replace current scene and then click ok. You should then be able to see the model. click maxscript then runscript, The choose editer file window will open , brouse to the folder where you put your import scripts and double click import_gmax.ms . That should do it.
If this is what you did , Then my best guess is you may have a corupt download of either Gmax or the import scrips.
I would try and redownload them.
If you still cant get it let me know, if nothing els we can work on it through skype, and I can see your PC screen that way .

Hi I only know about how to make units bigger in the scenario editor. You just click on a unit & Hold & Press (K).
