Hey guys,
I'm new here and I'm interested in modding Age of Mythologies.

I have Age of Mythology gold edition, and for the time being I'm experimenting on opening its 3d models on blender. I successfully extracted the model files with vachu's bar explorer and opened the models in blender using MrTheRich's AOM blender import addon.

The problem I'm having however, is working with textures for those models. Although I converted .ddt files using AOMED correctly and got a nice bmp file to use, there is no way I'm able to apply it on the model using blender (partly because of non matching UV mapping and because textures for one character are at times divided as segments). Case in point, the Leviathan. It has a standard map texture file and a texture file for its fins. Neither are working in blender.



I also tried using the Texture autoload function of MrTheRich's blender addon, but I just noticed that there is no tools folder containing TextureCompiler.exe.
