Hey,
So I attempted to move LoME files from the MODs folder and place them in their specific appropriate folders (Random Map files in RM2, texture files in textures, etc. etc.) . The end result is that -
1 - most but all features showed. Namely, the main menu has not been changed to LoME; it remained AoME. Also, the main screen music is also unchanged, remaining AoM.
2 - Gameplay functions are not all present. Namely, enemies and allies attempt to gather their citizen units all to one spot to build either an Armory and/or tower. The bunch end up cancelling the construction, only to repeat the process over and over again: citizens gather to a spot to start construction of armory or tower, only to cancel it.
3 - Graphics do not display properly or are missing. Varda's town center doesn't display, and neither do certain dwarve units, unless their moving; only their shadows show, but not the actual unit.
Would I have to do something to make it all work, or can LoME only work in the Mods folder?
The reason I moved it out of Mods in the first place is because it seems it may be clashing with other non-LoME mods that are geared specifically towards AoME. Namely, LoME's ai doesn't work at all during gameplay, with an error message that displays at the beginning which may be related to the issue.
Thanks.
