EDIT: You can also use "Unit" instead of "SettlementsThatTrainVillagers". I tested on a Hesperides Tree, I captured it from the enemy and it activated my tech.

still doesn't seem to work, but I managed to create better alternative for this.
But still, if you manage to find solution for this, please write it. It might help someone.

I recently tested with the Journey GP and worked. When I acitvated the GP it activated the Journey Active tech and it activated my self created tech. Make sure you have at least one Town Center, count is zero in the prereq, but somehow it needs at least one TC (or you can define anything else).

Thank you for letting me know.
I tested it now, but it only seems to work if tech has 0 researchpoints.
My plan was that it stars to research tech when gp starts and when gp ends, it will be done researching and second effect will be active.
Any chance you know how to do it?
