I suggest there should be an "Updated Files" list in the downloads section in which it reports about old files that are recently updated in addition to the "New Files" list.

In the mythic world, great deities resolve their conflicts, with words like:

Tornadoes, Meteor showers, and Tartarian Gates.

Who will prevail?

I think they should just put the file to the top of the new files list, treat it just like a new file or a post being made in a thread it goes to the top of a list.
