It seems like on Titan level the computer "cheats". Somewhere on here I had read how the Titan difficulty works. It has the 100% econ handicap. But does anyone know what this actually does? Does it make the villagers collect faster or something.
I can crush the computer on hard, it's not even a challenge, but on Titan the computer goes to classical and attacks in force within the first 3min or so and then hits heroic by like 5 min in.

It makes them do almost everything 100% faster. This includes building buildings and units, researching techs and gathering resources. I think.

100% handicap means as follows:
1) The resources gathered are collected as double. For example a villager gets 10 food , but when deposited it becomes 20 food.
2) All units are trained at double the speed.
3) Due to this fast speed the computer hit heroic at 5mins or so. It will be easier to defeat it on ISLAND type maps. As computer AI is weak on water maps.
