what does rr mean? Everyone says it when i join a game in eso.

rr means Real Rate.

For example, when some skilled player creates a new account, he goes back to 1600, even tho his rr is 1800.

They wanna know your Real Rating. Many people don't play rated that much and therefore their rating isn't always correct. A 1600 for example can be anything from a total noob to a smurfing expert.

ya my rr is higher than it says because i can almost never find any rated DM peoplez to play against
