If thor plays a very good game, is it possible to beat him on meddit?
I mean, cheap weapons and shields upgrades help tremendously, and the cheap buring bitches is a great upgrade for taking down docks.

Hm, most expert sets (from back in the WCG 2003 days), use vision over the water on medit to see where all the fish spots are, and where is the best place to dock.

thor is immortal on water maps. he is equally immortal on land maps.
all in all, i find thor to be far more lame/noob/op than isis.

yeah, masons, building spam, and axe are the typical way to counter rags (and or rags+fw)

I have an awesome game I played vs a 1780 thor player yesterday. probably one of the longest games i've ever played, it was over an hour long i think, but he was thor and I was Zeus, and i'm not really much of a Zeus player(yet), and I had to defend against a full armoury 85 vill ragnarok ^^.
I might post if i can find the energy, though the game had an observer so the rec game may be bugged.

well, one time i fought collussus88, and we had a 1 hour and 20 minute game.
At like 50 minutes, we just spammed units at eachother, both went titan, they both died.
the game was just both of us spamming units to one point, and that was it. It was marsh.
we just saved, since we were both tired, xD

Technically, the person who advanced faster on this mapshould be the one who wins the sea. And with my 4:30 Grush in combination with my pestilence and my cyclops/hero going for enemy dock, my foe should have a tough time countering all of this.
P.S. The hippocampus is a great unit to scout the enemy docks to activate pestilence on.

Inventoor,
Use a fishing boat or trireme?
I might advance at the same second that he does, and we're both training our ships, when my triremes come out, so will his, so pestilence becomes useless, i need my scout there, to activate the GP.
And why would i use a fishing boat, isn't fishing a better job for him?
