Okay so I decide to play 3v3 on the map where your allies are really close to eachother. (Forget what it is called)
For my Allies I set a defender and an attacker.

For my enemies I set default, attacker and defender.
I was playing Zeus.

I diden't do too terrible but I was kind of behind, and I was barely able to fend of a pretty big wave of the enemy troops.
One thing I noticed though was that all teams had loads of villagers and farms everywhere, Multiple barracks. And a good army.
My army was fair, not as good as the CPU's but again not too bad. Although I had about 10 villagers.

Can someone teach me some defending and attacking strategies for Greek favoruing players?

I don't know if you have The Titan's expansion or not, but you can only "auto create" (most will use the word auto queue, or AQ for short) villagers or any other unit in AoM:TT. If you do have TT, there should be a green loop arrow right by the villager's production queue (where it shows the icon/percentage) after you click the Town Center. Click it, and it will repeat whatever is in the queue so long as you have the resources and the population room.

Just be warned, though, that if you click two or more villagers and then the AQ button, you'll always be cheating yourself off 50 food. Also, if you want to AQ at, say, the barracks, you can AQ two hoplites and one hypaspist to loop a 2:1 production ratio for your units.

If you don't have TT, auto queue isn't an option, m'afraid.

Most of us? Who are you? I have never seen you in GD b4.

Likewise. And, if I may add, nice quoting.

I remember seeing Macho Oily Man here in the past. What he says is right anyway.

He probably meant that he quoted him wrong. Macho said, "most will use the word auto queue, or AQ for short" and Rackman quoted it as, "most of us us the word auto queue, or AQ for short"

Life's a bitch because if it was a slut, it'd be too easy.

For economy, get atleast 20 on food, 15 on gold and 10 or so on wood, never stop pumping out villies until you have atleast 40+ of them, move your workers to recourses you need most for what ever your going to buy or make. For military, get atleast 5 of the barracks and 3 or so of the fortresses. When attacking go for the houses and defenses first. And if you can, try to constantly raid.

Oranos, what you have stated can almost be doubled for experts (30-40 food 20+ gold and 20ish wood). Not to mention you need more villies on wood as archers (non norse) should be a vital part of your army, not to mention you need to be able to spam buildings to create units.

lol

More food than gold?
More gold than Wood?
It should be balanced.

I usually go, 21 food/ 25 gold/ 20 wood.
You need gold than anything, because to build military and most upgrades, you need gold. Especially for Greek, the heroes need retraining. Oh, almost forgot. As Greek, I usually have about 7 or 8 villys on favor, I use those for builders most of the time.

Hey, just a Question, as you get to Heroic, should you build a market asap? And where do you usually put the market? I go for my nearest corner, then put caravan on the farthest away TC? Also I have to remember about vulnerability of the trade route. As in, don't put caravans across the map on VoK where you know there are Migtols in the way.

I suck too then, ok? =P but for ur heroic-market question, i usualy get a market pretty early on so i can balance my resources, get all the upgrades that come up, so i don't get gang-raped by all the stuff I need to upgrade in mythic. As for trade routes, pick the most conveniet place to put ur market (where it isn't take up unessessary space)I know that if you put ur market farther away, u get more gold, but I screw that and just spam caravans

Eco should not have equal villies on all resources. Wood is less important than food and gold, unless you go full archers or something (which is jk so don't). Also, you should have farms around the farming space of all your tcs (unless one of them has buildings badly placed near them or it is forward and under attack) Then while you have miners out mining what gold mines are left you should establish a heavy trade route (which will have food for caravans since you already have FU farms (not including fc).

You would rather spend the extra food on caravans instead of walking farther?

The market is at my corner of the map, ally is other corner. If it was 1v1, then my allies base would be mine.

Is ^^^^^^^^^^^^^ right?

Yeah I usually put my market in my allies base.
If you're not going to put your market away in some corner, then put it in your base (or again some corner) and make the trade route go to the ally's base. I'm pretty sure that there's an income bonus if you trade with your allies instead of yourself.

All the information you need to know about market placement is righthere

Bonus's for trading with allies, "optimal" market distance, it's all here. This should clear that up.

Survivor, towers and walls at the market are not necessary. Your enemy will most likely be targeting your caravans not your market, unless you are playing the computer in which case...

To put the repeat thing on there is a little circle with an arrow in it going around it. Click that. Oh, and it's not just for villigers, you can do it for every unit.
