I don't understand it 100% but I put my index finger on the left mouse button, my middle finger on the right one.

i meant the types of mouse grip which are 3> fingertip grip, claw grip and palm grip. According to the general gamer community, the best mouse grip for RTS games is fingertip grip because of accuracy (little units on screen). My natural grip is fingertip; i developed claw grip for a year or so, and yeah i have a nice claw grip but when i stopped practicing claw grip, my hand naturally (without asking or telling me XD) came back to fingertip grip. I did the switch cause fingertip grip requires a small mouse, claw grip a medium size mouse and palm grip a big one. I bought a gaming mouse which was medium size, but as my hands are pretty big, my hands still feel better with fingertip 11
So yeah, how do you grip your mouse?

Try games vs AIs.
- focus fire archers.
- flank with melee units.
- Manually target units with special attacks (medusa, mummies) to units that are worth.
Pretty much.

You can take a rather mathematical approach to some aspects of it. I can't say I have any great experience in microing things myself, but that doesn't stop understanding.
At a most basic level, it's best to pile enemy units one at a time. Living stuff does damage, dead stuff does not, so making one enemy unit become dead is preferable to killing them all equally. But at the same time, you don't want to overkill a unit. If it has 1hp left, you don't need 20 things to shoot it - it'd be best if just one did and the other 19 moved onto another victim.
Deciding what to attack first is another tricky one that gets hard to figure out quite quickly. There's a lot of factors involved, but the obvious stuff like heroes on myth units is obviously going to hold true. The same applies if your enemy's heroes are weak and you have myth units that would be very difficult to deal with. I'm not entirely sure how you'd work this out mathematically, really.
And then you have defensive micro: making enemy units not hurt yours. Units above a certain speed (think Oranos turma speed, or camelry, I forget the exact in-game number) will dodge arrows fired at them so long as they are moving the moment the arrows are fired. Whether or not arrows hit is determined the moment the projectile is launched. So if one of your fast units is getting shot at, you can make it run around to make all your enemy's shots against it miss.
Or you can force enemy units to move. If one of your units is being attacked by multiple enemies, you can order it to move backwards so the enemy either has to spend time moving to chase you (and therefore not attacking whilst all your other units keep fighting back) or switch targets onto one of yours that isn't moving away.
The twist in everything is the game's accuracy calculations which still seem to be something of a mystery. But after 2-3 consecutive shots on the same target most units, including Gastraphetes (these must be the most inaccurate unit in the whole game) virtually never miss stationary targets. Missed shots occasionally hit other nearby units, including friendlies, for a fraction of the damage that it would have done - it's this that makes units that shoot a lot of projectiles appear to deal area damage.
Oh, and you might find the +flashhitpointbarsondamage option useful if you haven't already found out about it somewhere.

Hmmmmkay, I already knew most of these thing, still. It's nice to know I'm doing it right and I shouldn't in deed focus a unit with 1 HP with 20 turma
