If you had a group of archers in AOK and you would make them all attack the same unit, ALL the arrows would hit in the same spot on the unit, and it did not look good. I hope ES will fix that for AOM, so that they would hit in random spots.

I never really noticed that as being a problem, but maybe it was there.
It sounds like a lot of work creating lots of different landing spots for the arrows for little other benefit than the eye appeal.

Yeah, just think if the game was coded to decide where the arrow would land with six optional places compared to two (hit or miss) in AoK. It would unnecessarily slow down the game once you bring the situation to large scale with a group of 20 archers or so.
