It is very likely for Hephaestus to be for all three Greek gods, not only from other info. but Hephaestus was the blacksmith of the gods, i.e. he did stuff for all of the gods.
Throbin, Persephone, Pan and Prometheus were not gods. Persephone was human, Pan was a Satyr, and Prometheus was... er... somekind of giant or something, can't remember but he wasn't a god.
