Well, AoMN.de has published the signup link on 13:21.

I had no time to post it because I had to sign uo myself.
The 10 beta's are surely given away now, but the random chance is there.

Head over to the beta signups at AoMN.de to sign up, click on the picture in the upper right.

One of the german fansites posted that they would psot the link sometime between 14:30 and 14:45...they just posted it a few mins ago.

CET is 6 hours before EST (forum time), the current time in CET is 14:50.
