Well this is question I couldnīt answer:
How does the formation works (mixed formation, square, spread, etc) If there is any unit wich shoul use it specially, and if a formations wins another, please answer me.

More complicated, needs more precision.

i thought spread formation helps raiding because the tc does a sort of splash damage and spreading out helps lessin this affect. I don't know any other cases but they probably help in other situations too. You should just try different stuff, you could find a trick to seriosly win battles.

Now that i think about it, box formation with a kata and cheirio mix would kill norse (more then it does in a regular formation). This might stop flanking but it might not work, you should try it.

TCs do not do splash damage. All they do is fire multiple arrows at once. So spread formation will not help.

Formations can help a little if neither you nor your opponent micros the units in a battle. Look closely at how the formations are set up, Box Formation for example, meat shield surrounding siege, cav to the outside wings, archers at the rear, there's function designed into that form.

If you set your units, each type to a separate military banner (group), then gross microing is much easier.

With everything being close to equal, the player who micros the best will come out on top of a battle, and formations will not help vs someone who micros well.

FAILURE is not an option, it comes bundled with the software.
