Got any idea how to stop units from walking through the trojan wall?

there are some terrains (NOTE: use terrain, NOT paint land....altho I may have the two names mixed up ....one actually makes land/terrain and the other simply changes the color not the attributes of the land)
select one, i.e. one of the unwalkable black ones, and do a thin line of it at the base of the wall....

Or,
I think I have tried, that if you line the walls up perfectlly then the units can't pass through them.

Use the "move object" tool, and move them inot each other overlapping a bit.

paint the BlackRock under the walls (or one of the cliff terrains). Those terrains are impasible and units can't go through them.
