I'm making a new Myth Blood map and I will try to balance the map as much as possible. I'm using a Town Center instead of a Temple of the Gods because Kronos players would then be able to timeshift the temple and I have to place a TC for the age advancements so I decided to choose the TC as the buiilding you have to protect if you donīt want to lose. But Hades has his +25% Buildings HP so his TC will have 400 HP more than a non-Hades player. This problem can easily be solved using the Modify Protounit trigger but I donīt know its protoname.

Can someone tell me the protoname for a Town Center?

Settlement level 1.

A condition is not a trigger.
An effect is not a trigger.
A trigger is a combination of one or more conditions and effects.
It causes effects to happen if and when conditions are met.

For both problems there's a better solution:

Make a run-immediately (important!) and active trigger with the effect:

Set Tech Status, Age 1 x, unobtainable while x is the name of the first age god. So the player that choses the god will neither gain cultural boni (like the ability of time-shifting temples) nor godpowers of the first god.

But you'll have to forbid every first age god for every player this way, but it's worth it, I think (of course not if you've 12 players).

Can you make more citizens/villagers come out at the start of the game like on deathmatches?

You can set the techology "Death Match Active" I think. Or just create the villagers yourself I guess.
