It gives me a page not found. That is, the entire image hosting server. (Yes, Netscape has that!)

Many more objects! It's a nice start, but it's too... empty.

Yep, far too empty and certain map features seem a bit... square.

good - village area -no grass type A! - more than one terrain.
bad - farm area is to wide and boring. add fences around it, and a greek trade caravan with no cargo, then it looks like there is a donkey working on the field. - 3 terrains is that it? and the grass/dirt has mearly replaced the grass type A... Add some Gaia lush terrains, and 5 more grass types (NOT GRASS TYPE A!) around the map. - more stuff (add dear in the forest, add a shrine near the mountain, add a few types of trees (including tamarisk trees in the forest and make some trees biger/smaller.)

famrs are too hilly. Would you want to push a plow up a slope like that when there is all that flat area nearby to grow crops in?
It's unrealistic, too empty, too flat. Create a new town according to this guide. It'll help you. GL.
EDIT: the guide still needs updating after the website transfer. But it should be understandable regardless of the inconsequent lay-out and the weird characters

Err, not bad for the basic stuff. Add a ton more stuff would make it much better.

ok add some objects in, like grass, bush, berry bush, the odd tree, flowers, and even the odd rock. You could probably put a nic cliff along the side of the road which should just be an elevation with rock granite large at the bottom of it.

No no no the amount of objects isn't the problem. It's the basic layout where it already goes wrong.
thanks for the guide arch, im working on relaying all the town parts. What should I add to the left corner? Thats the next stage.

Well in my opinion the picture is nice and you seem to have a "feel" and the talent to make nice scenery. My only objection is in the way the buildings are placed, as well as aggreeing with some of the comments above. You know that the best guide to follow is the one of your own town/city plan. See how the residencial areas are setup, where the production/work facilities are placed etc. Also there are quite a few images in the Internet about ancient and medieval cities and you can get ideas from there. Finally, perhaps you should consider making something looking magical or anyhow out of the ordinary, cause that attracts lots of attention in the forum.

followin wat Anastasoulis said, ambitions designs has a nice guide to guilding a city as well as other parts of map design (volcanos, working bridge, etc).
On arch's guide, these people would be between step 3-4.

Hmm, you might want to implement the "water farm" technique, coupled with a larger farming area, fences, chickens, cows...etc. Use a mixture of wooden and stone fence. A granary would make more sense then a storage.
Some of the houses faces the same direction, and one of the houses is greek. That is rather weird. The road seems very orderly and grand compare to the village.
