Below are the army deploy at QV set area and invoke god power. Could you combine the 2 to make invoke at QV set area?

How do I do the same thing to invoke God power because it is all contained in a vector bracket unlike army deploy.
I also seem to be having problems with random cinematic dialog. It is probably a small thing - if you can spot the problem it would be much apriciated.
