I´ve tried many things to make the trigger "disable trigger" work, or at least to give some purpose to it but... it never works. I´m sure this is a bug in the editor, but then why have this trigger been added? Does it have any function? Is there any damn way to make it work?!
Edit: I don´t know why the title says just "Is it possible to make" Instead of "Is it possible to make 'disable trigger' work"... but whatever.

The effect works perfectly fine. Keep in mind that it's sensitive to capital letters and all
And one request: Could you please use the question thread at the top of the forum? It keeps the rest nice and tidy

You have to put the exact name of the trigger you want to disable. Keep in mind spaces, CAPITALS, punctuation and spelling

odd that disable trigger doesn't use a drop down list...

Because it doesn't have a dropdown list, it mean't I could use it to disable victory conditions anytime I liked!

Oh well, I´m sure that I´ve written the name of the trigger correctly... so maybe the problem is with my editor. Or is there anything else that might interrupt this trigger?
In your trigger that has the disable trigger event, add a send chat with the message "disable trigger ran", so you can see if this trigger is even running at all. If you don't see the message when the trigger is supposed to fire, then it is not running. If you have conditions in your trigger, make sure they are being met or are set up correctly. If you have no conditions, then maybe you have a bad trigger somewhere else that is stopping all triggers. There is a 'my trigger stopped working' guide somewhere around here. Things that can kill your triggers are using ' quotes which, by the way, is probably the reason why your title for this post got cut off.

Yes, I thought that those quotes cut the title too. And I also know that those quotes or other things interrupt your triggers in a scenario, that has happened to me.
And, trust me, I´ve even tried already to send a spoofed chat to check that the trigger is actually being fired... and the chat was sent. But no, the trigger wich is supposed to be disabled (and I wrote the name correctly) is NOT disabled. And I´ve tried with many types of triggers, but they´re not disabled. Maybe the problem is with my "Triggers.txt" or however it´s called, although I doubt it.

If you have to, use a QV to disable it.
Set a condition that when QV = 0 it fires. Then when you want to disable it, use QV set or QV modify to change the value of the QV to a non zero value, or w/e

Yes, that always works. But or one reason the disable trigger has never worked for me, even since I started in AoM.
