  • The Typing of Death, (6 Points), Anyone knows this game?

    In my version, 12 monsters increasingly long and difficult of the name, go to you, who are an Oracle Hero, and, if you're not so quick to write their names in the chat before they reached you, they will kill you. If you survive to all the monsters and the boss, you'll gain 6 points.



  • Battle of the Shapeshifters, (5 points), I know recently THYMOLE in his Team Minigames has done it, but I've finished it before him . In my version you can choose if have 1 old man, 1 old man with all techs done (a very strange thing, I've seen), 3 old men and 3 old men with all the techs done. Fight in a beautiful arena, and transform you continuously!


  • Guide The Caravan, (10 points), a new game-style, after the age of Build a Hoplite! In this case Economy and War are strictly related, infact your caravan bring up gold as the normal but there is also a zone for the upgrades, where you can increase the caravan speed, switch it for a short time into a camelry, buy walls for obstruct the enemies caravan, and more and more!


  • The Strange Race, (11 points), a new Mind Maze, with new amazing tricks! 11 points to the first, 6 to the second.


  • Anti Gravity Game, (10 points), A game were all repel all, and who falls into the black zone dies!


  • Catch the Talp, (not sure, think about 20 points), in this small arena will be created some talps every 5 seconds, at start 1, then more, and you gain 1 points for every 5 bolts you've used. It can seem stupid, but in 4 the challenge is real, and if you win you gain 3 additional points. The max is about 20, not sure, but probably you'll do 10-11 if you win.


  • Archery Range, (ND), a game where a hypaspyst run around a circle and you you can decide when kill him killing a militia. the more you kill him in the centre, the more points you will get.


  • Such the Blood, (ND), By the base of an idea of Yeebaagooon, a game where you're a vampire and have to survive suching blood to the villagers, but you can catch AIDS, and stay out of priests, they will damn you!


  • Convert & Fight, (ND), The mini version of my own game!
    Convert the animals for create soldiers and don't let the other players kill your priest.



  • Black Battle, (7 points), A battle in a black terrain with a short life anubite with only a few LOS, that is increasing with the time.

  • Search the Hoplites, (30 points), 10 hoplites are created in random locations of the map. You have a roc and you have to bring the hoplites to a temple. the first who brings 2 hoplites STOP the game, but the more hoplites he brings, the more points he will have, because he will gain 3 points for every hoplite (bring all the 10 hoplites is almost impossible).

  • Big Pounce, (9 points), a big version of Nottud's Pounce! Invoke lure for jump around and kill the others!


  • Dodge the Chickens, (about 20 points), Avoid all the chickens until you can! will be deployed 2 chickens every 5 seconds, and every 20 seconds will be added 2 chickens! You will gain 2 points every 30 seconds if you're survived, and the last who dead will gain 4 additional points! The max I think is about 20 because then there will be too chickens and they will cover almost all the map!


  • Russian Roulette, (8 points), You have to pick up a relic with your hero, and then one of the 6 relics will explode, and if you have that relic you lose. You also lose if you don't pick up any relic. This continue until remains only a player.


  • Projectiles Battle, (9 points), You have no attack, but your projectiles will be transformed in 1 random unit by 30 different types of unit! Use your projectiles for attack the enemies. You can also do diagonal attacks directly by the projectiles (see the image), and have 4 god powers: Ragnarok, Rain, Tremor and Restoration!


  • AOM Casino, (???), You can win or lose directly the Points in these games!This includes a Slot Machine game and a Roulette game.


  • Battle of the Flying Wizards, (8 points), an other idea of Nottud: Fly around before the terrain becomes lava, and then survive the most possible by standing in air. Who flies yet when all the others are dead gains 8 points.


  • Battle of the Joiners, (10 points), cut the trees for get soldiers by the stumps, and, sometimes a new villager. You start with three villagers and you lose if all your villagers has been killed. Getting wood you can also build defences.


  • Mad Soccer, (12 points), Use your mountain giants for hit the ball (a dwarf) and put it into the enemy goals! Everyone has 3 points at the start, but everytime the ball goes into the his goal, he loses a point. When he has no more points he is defeated. Who remains until all the others have 0 points get 12 Points


  • Maths Test, (11 points), By the other idea of Yeebaagooon, a very hard Maths test. Some questions will be asked to you and you have to answer correct and in the time (by 10 to 18 seconds). The last stands win. If 2 or more players answer corrected to all the 5 level, the game restart with 1 less second. A game completely made by QVs!

    Known Bugs:


  • Chat Contains does not work on online, I know. But if I use "Chat Contains with no OoS", of LB, should it works?
  • Teleport doesn't work online, is there a way for does it work? SOLVED! Thanks to Shrink and HailToTheOboe!
  • Using the trigger "Set/Modify Handicap Player Range" in Guide the Caravan, I'm now asking why this works, but the caravan signs has 20, but really has 40! Thanks to Smilidom!
  • It seems like "move to point" doesn't work on online... So in maths test there's not teleport for now... don't dowload it Thanks to Yeeb!
  • In Big Pounce, when i delete the recharge time, if you try to jump where you can't jump (too distant), you can't move your bellerophon until he has jumped (and because the bellerophon has 0,05 speed is really difficult he can go enough close to jump). Thanks to Nottud!

    Teleport doesn't work online, is there a way for does it work?
    There are a couple of get arounds you can use. My favourite is to change the unit into a raven, and then instantly transform the raven into a Lampades bolt. Use move to point or Move to unit and the little flash of light will shoot across. Once it has reached the point, change it back into whatever it was.
    Increase the speed of the raven protounit - if you increase it enough, it will shoot so quickly across the map that it could be indistinguishable from teleporting.

    Don't think I have ever seen that before. I think I will go try that in the editor

    I like your idea and if yuo want I can do the anti gravity triggers for you, should take 20 - 30 mins for me if you want me to do it. Other people though have more experiance and are propbably better with them than me :P I hope this is finished and very good luck to you. Sadly I have no ideas at the moment other than if you have enough space a mini tactics battle thing that works with turn based combat oveer a board. Ic ould go fix up my version and send it to you as an example if you want. (might take a few days to make it 4 players and all work)

    You can also teleport using Immediate Garrison, if you know the target point ahead of time. Or even if you don't, you can deploy helepolis, garrison, and remove the helepolis.

    @AJER| Oh, I think you can just explain me how to do a unit repel an other unit, and then I can try to see if I can do it works, and if I can't, then you should do the AG triggers for me.

    About the mini tactics battle: I've not completely understand it, but I think it's intresting and yes, if you send me an example I can see it and replace into Minigames Y.

    @HailToTheOboe| Thanks boe, but I think deploy an helepolis (that is visible as if as only for an istant) is quite too, and maybe this can be useful at long distances, but I have only to teleport in a 5-6 range, so I think Shrink's way is better, in my case.

    Well I don't know what to think of this. It seems too similar to Minigames X for me. It really does look like you've edited the original map because it's so similar (especially the maths challenge).
    I would prefer you to use a different name, but I can't make you.

    @Yeebaagooon| No, I've simply oserved a lot the triggers of Minigames X, and I've taked the ideas of Such the Blood and Maths Challenge by the your post about Minigames X. But, no, I've not edited your map, and a Prewiev of Maths Test will be avaible soon, so you'll be able to see I've not used the your same triggers.

    O noes, i have competition!

    Our games are pretty different though, i'm reusing arenas for many games, it looks like you are making specialized game arenas for each game.

    That is House of Dead 2, most likely the remake on the X Box which means its probably the bonus inclusion in House of Dead 3.... Luv it...

    ACTUALLY, Chances are that i beat you to making battle of the shape shifters. Its the second game i made, i just pretended that i didn't until nottud said i could :P

    BTW, did you honestly come up with the archery range idea on your own? It seemed like such a random idea and i can't believe anyone else thought of it :P

    My status with my ideas is any are for free use and how you want.
    These are some of the better ideas that I used on my 9 games arena I made a while back:
  • Relic finder - relics are deployed in random locationsa and its up to you and your teamate to effectively locate more of the relics than your opponent. When all the relics are collected they turn into units to fight with and the finder disappeares (You could have him change into a strong fighter). Use old men to avoid conflict before all relics are found - they can pick up relics.
  • Catapult duel - Teams are on seperate islands and hills and they have to fire and dodge with catapults. If "Fire Bomb" refers to a dodging game from my random map then the dodging idea you have already used.
  • Mummy convert wars - Mummies have instant recharge and use their ability on enemy mummies. However instead of the enemy mummies turning into minions they turn back to mummies but now converted to the player that attacked. Conert all the mummies into one team.
  • Dodge the anubites - rush around as anubites are deployed and jump at you. The anubites have infinite jump to reach you from anywhere.
  • Desract the guardians - Players start with a wonder and recive lures regularly to lure guardians towards the enemy wonders. You could throw in other god powers such as tremor to have larger effect on guardians. Maybe if the game is going on too long throw in something like an implode which obviously has a great effect in moving guardians.

    And here are some ideas from my mini random maps:
  • Animal convert wars - Lots of animals on the map and players start with priests and the age 1 set research to allow converting of animals to make an army. You could use triggers to change the animals into other units on conversion or grant players pharaohs to give the ability of training animals as well. Powers such as great hunt can be used to enhance the game for example by multiplying the animals.
  • Are you feeling lucky? Lots of relics and everyone must choose one. One at a time relics are destroyed in a random order - if a player no longer holds a relic they are eliminated. Last player surviving wins.
  • Assasinate the enemy (original version) - Players start with a close combat unit in a tiny arena and almost 0 LOS - the enemy untis have to be next to them to be seen. Wander around the little map and attack enemies that come into being. Quick reations are required to win such a game. You could make the arena get smaller or more LOS granted as the game goers on to make it end quicker.
  • Battle of the flying wizards. This idea actually works better on free for all type settings and may be recommended but with allied victory enabled so its still teamned in the end. Each player starts with a ranged unit on the ground and msut attack another unit to fly. It works by detecting the projectile, destroying the original unit and transforming the projectile into the original ranged unit. Players are eliminated by hitting the ground again or colliding into another player. Last player/team alive wins. Projectile speed increases makes the game get more difficult as it goes on. Note that starting units need to be kileld automatically if a player does not start to fly in the starting time period - alternatively make the units auto attack enemy to force a player to start flying. Once going there is no stopping!
  • Battle of the shape shifters - I believe you have already used this idea
  • Battle of the summoners- unfortunately players need to be loki to work and so unless you already have forced players to be loki anyway this idea my not be suitable for you. Players have hersiers and fight and summon more stuff to fight with. Variations include spawning buildigns or a random object.
  • Bombs of doom - players throw bombs that explode with impact on the ground and you must dodge them. Players gain more bombs as time goes by. Similar to the catatpult duel idea.
  • Dodge the chickens - chickens deploy randomly and you msut keep away when they explode. Note chickens exploding cause chain reactions.
  • Dodge the meteors - SPC meteors invoke in random locations and you msutr dodge them
  • Einheriar wars - start with einheriars and attack with them. The blowing of the horn spawns other units at the affected units of yours around. Achieve this by the use of changing the einheriar boost sfx. Note they vanish again so triggers need to be sued to create untis pernemantly and various methods will work. Cap on units you can spawn might be advised.
  • Elemental trade - that was the original map as it involved different elements but you can ignore that bit. Game works by having a market and a town centre and trading. Use gold for more caravans or to build armeis to attack enemy trade routes.
  • Gaia creep wars - gaia required so therefore might not be a suitable idea. Players build buildings to spawn creep. Gaia flowers changer to untis to fight with. Kill enemy to win.
  • Goat wars - Golden fleeces can capture each other and be captured. Swarm opponents and steal all their goats to win. Warning allied players can steal goats off each other!
  • Pounce - Units cannot move by normal means but only by jumping. Lures are granted to create targets to jump at. Jump onto the opponents to kill them.
  • Projectile madness - catapults that create catatpults whn they attack which can then attack and create mroe catatpults. Make the catatpults created from shots dfferent from the original cattapult and kill the original catatpult to win. Limit on catatpults you can obtain is recommended.
  • Projectile summoners - attack units with fire giants to spawn mroe - do this by changing the fire giant projectile to the promethean projectile and then transforming the pormetheans to fire giants. Kill enemy to win.
  • Save your cow - players are granted trmeors and have to knock enemy cows into a pit. On the ranom map version enemy cows have to fly off bottom corner of map. (Exploit of an interesting glitch)
  • Snatch it while you can. Lots of gold mines or some other unit on a map and each player starts with a unit. Move near them to convert the into random units to fight with.
  • Tanks wars - attack and dodge other tanks to win - similar ideas to a couple of others mentioned earlier.
  • Void assasins - Anubites with infinite jump are given to each player and they can attempt to jump at each other or at stationary targets that die and get used up once jumped at. Kill enemy to win.

    That should be plenty for you!
  • There are many more ideas I can provide if those are not enough. I have taken those fromy my current random maps but there are tons of scenario ideas that I have not stated here. I have far more scenario ideas than random map ones. Lol the animal convert idea I have used a long time back but not in the same way as you. In fact it was one of my first ever random maps followed more recentlky by another version where animals converted turned into more priests and a faster conversion rate.

    Teleport business I am in personal favor of the immediate garrison idea. Place a cinematic block where you want to teleport to. When you teleport change it to a roc, immediate garrison and then change it back. Put all that in the same trigger and you will get a nice teleport. The roc does not appear and there is no signs of a unit being used to do it.



    Actually here is a cool unused minigame idea I have jsut thought of. What about a game where you have to run away from an avalanche on a circular race track with obsticles that increase as time goes by (More deploy or events happen) and the last person not to get crushed wins?

    @THYMOLE| Oh, when I read the title I thinked you had maked Minigames in Team (so 2vs2), instead you're doing a real minigames all vs all map like me... Maybe this can be a challenge, but I think that who lose, if he has done good Minigames, can have done a good playable map anyways...

    About Battle of the Shapeshifters: Ok, maybe you have done the map before me, but only I have this trigger "change unit to random NOT deadly unit type" , of my own production, who change the old man into a random unit, but only units who don't die istantly (like hero death, scarab blood, footprints, ecc...). Tell me if you want it, but now I have to test it because maybe there are other units wich i forget...

    Yes, The typing of the dead is a game based on House of the Dead 2, but for kill the monsters you have to type, not shoot! (The game is of 1995...)

    Dodge the chickens - chickens deploy randomly and you msut keep away when they explode. Note chickens exploding cause chain reactions.

    Dodge the meteors - SPC meteors invoke in random locations and you msutr dodge them

    Einheriar wars - start with einheriars and attack with them. The blowing of the horn spawns other units at the affected units of yours around. Achieve this by the use of changing the einheriar boost sfx. Note they vanish again so triggers need to be sued to create untis pernemantly and various methods will work. Cap on units you can spawn might be advised.

    Elemental trade - that was the original map as it involved different elements but you can ignore that bit. Game works by having a market and a town centre and trading. Use gold for more caravans or to build armeis to attack enemy trade routes.

    Gaia creep wars - gaia required so therefore might not be a suitable idea. Players build buildings to spawn creep. Gaia flowers changer to untis to fight with. Kill enemy to win.

    Goat wars - Golden fleeces can capture each other and be captured. Swarm opponents and steal all their goats to win. Warning allied players can steal goats off each other!

    Pounce - Units cannot move by normal means but only by jumping. Lures are granted to create targets to jump at. Jump onto the opponents to kill them.

    Projectile madness - catapults that create catatpults whn they attack which can then attack and create mroe catatpults. Make the catatpults created from shots dfferent from the original cattapult and kill the original catatpult to win. Limit on catatpults you can obtain is recommended.

    Projectile summoners - attack units with fire giants to spawn mroe - do this by changing the fire giant projectile to the promethean projectile and then transforming the pormetheans to fire giants. Kill enemy to win.

    Save your cow - players are granted trmeors and have to knock enemy cows into a pit. On the ranom map version enemy cows have to fly off bottom corner of map. (Exploit of an interesting glitch)

    Snatch it while you can. Lots of gold mines or some other unit on a map and each player starts with a unit. Move near them to convert the into random units to fight with.

    Tanks wars - attack and dodge other tanks to win - similar ideas to a couple of others mentioned earlier.

    Void assasins - Anubites with infinite jump are given to each player and they can attempt to jump at each other or at stationary targets that die and get used up once jumped at. Kill enemy to win.

    That should be plenty for you!
    There are many more ideas I can provide if those are not enough. I have taken those fromy my current random maps but there are tons of scenario ideas that I have not stated here. I have far more scenario ideas than random map ones. Lol the animal convert idea I have used a long time back but not in the same way as you. In fact it was one of my first ever random maps followed more recentlky by another version where animals converted turned into more priests and a faster conversion rate.

    Teleport business I am in personal favor of the immediate garrison idea. Place a cinematic block where you want to teleport to. When you teleport change it to a roc, immediate garrison and then change it back. Put all that in the same trigger and you will get a nice teleport. The roc does not appear and there is no signs of a unit being used to do it.



    Actually here is a cool unused minigame idea I have jsut thought of. What about a game where you have to run away from an avalanche on a circular race track with obsticles that increase as time goes by (More deploy or events happen) and the last person not to get crushed wins?

You've grant me a lot of ideas, some used by Yeebaagooon, others new, and now I can't read all (5 minutes and fall asleep), but I think I can do at least 5 minigames with the best of these. For Battle of the Summoners: isn't there a way (a set tech status) which you can use the loki's hersir ability?

    About teleport: ok, if it's really invisible it's a great found, but now I've solved with the Shrink's, and a small light is cool to see

    About the idea of a circolar race with random events: for crush do you intend dead? And there is a goal or you go around the track?

    Chat contains is very risky and should not be used online full stop. There is a small chance it could work, but otherwise it will ruin your map.

    Its not that hard... Many maps are made in the same arena (there is a 300 by 300 arena in the map itself) so all i do is jam another game into the same spots if i can, or be bluntly obtuse and make really big spots for just one game. About half the map is full i think and i bet the racing games will need a lot of space too.

    Don't worry about map size but whats on it!

    The avalanche thigny I was meaning until the avalanche catches up with the unit and kills the units. You can use triggers to emulate the avalanche attack.
