Camera pitch unlock file for the default editor.

Author File Description
pharao I discovered a way to remove the limitpitch and the limit zoom in vanilla.!

Place the 'unlockscreen.cam' in the scenario folder.
And place 'uieditormenu.xmb' in the data folder. (make sure there is no uieditormenu.xml in your data folder)
Place the 'ui load camera.ddt' in the textures\icons folder(only if you have the default editor)

Don't replace the uieditormenu.xmb and ui load camera.ddt files if you are using the New Editor or you will lose the New Editor menu!
Download 'The camera pitch unlock file for the New editor 95' in the miscellaneous files section if you are using NE 95.(make a backup first)

This is the code I used:

gadget name="mainBackgroundBar-cameraLoadButton" type="button" z="16" size1024="979 550 1011 582" tooltiptext="Unlock pitch" foreground="icons\Editor Cinematics">
<command>loadCamera("unlockscreen")</command>
</gadget>

Open aom and press the 'unlock pitch' button near the minimap.

Now you can zoom in and out as much as you want.
Change the pitch with the ctrl-up or down arrow.

Thanks to Reyk!(I used some items of the New Editor)

Have you tried editing these codes in game.con? (make backup first)

map("+control-arrowup", "world", "cameraPitchForward")
map("+control-arrowdown", "world", "cameraPitchBackward")

I haven't tested it myself.
