You and the other norse player were doing fairly well in comparison to your teammates.
What really bugged me throughout the entire game was your ally not farming whatsoever, thus never making any more villagers and having an archer-only army.
Luckily the enemy couldn't seem to capitalize on that weakness at all, as their weakest link was crippled by the fact they never made more than 20~ or so villagers even by end-game, and due to the lack of reinforcements from the greeks, teal was eventually overrun.
Now, as for you, I found it a bit odd you were directing every villager as they spawned rather than just placing the flag on the resources you wanted them to gather (even if it's used up they'll move to similar resources in the area). You managed to keep hunting much longer than the other players (partly due to the complete lack of raiding on their end but still).
In terms of your army, I'd say you could have used some cavalry earlier on to combat the throwing axeman he spammed so much, axeman- albeit being an infantry counter is countered by itself, so spamming it against other axeman just makes it a deadlock.
All in all, I'd say only your friend and the greek player really need to look at how they're playing. Not saying you can't improve, but if they made even a few small decisions like more villagers or farms they'd have played much better in this game.
