- After weeks of work my arcade style scenario is finally complete.
-It is meant to be a short scenario, but this doesn't mean a lot work hasn't been put into it.
-It features countless triggers to fully activate the avalanche. It features a damage trigger for every single unit that the avalanche damages when it gets too close.
-It features several cutscenes with a fail cutscene.
-Although I didn't use voice acting, apart from the occasional screams, quite a bit of sound and music has been programmed to create atmosphere.
-I also used animations for the characters and the objects.
-It features a balanced amount eyecandy.
-And finally; There is a real plot in the scenario. It is not all about escaping the avalanche.
-There are some hints. So you want to check the objectives panel.
WRATH OF THE WINTER GOD
Plot: It starts out as a normal day for the canyon villagers. Before they know what is going on, an avalanche appears out of nowhere, destroying everything in its way. Game starts with the old man whispering his final words: "GO".
Our hero "Runner" hopelessly tries to escape the canyon before it's too late. At the end of the adventure, a "surprise" character reveals what is going on (if the scenario title is not big give away)
GAMEPLAY
Our hero of the adventure is an Anubite named Runner. You have to select him as soon as the cutscene ends.
You must run through the obstacles and destroy the fences on your way out. A single mistake may result with Runners' death.
Difficulty setting matters. I advise the moderate or hard difficulty. (Titan difficulty may be too much for most of the players.)
MY COMMENTS
I wanted this scenario to be different from many other types of scenarios on the website. Instead of build and destroy, or RPG scenarios I decided to create an action based scenario.
I hope that you will have fun playing the scenario, as much as I had fun creating it. In the end it was a labour of love and I made some real mythology research about a certain Norse god.
I hope that I will be able to create more content in the direction of your feedback. :)
too short and nothing was in gameplay. Just break some fences.

Thanks for the comments. I will definately make a bigger longer map. I had fun with the concept of Avalanche.
I also learned so much, while playing with the triggers, and the camera tracks. I beta tested the level countless times to make it challenging and fun.
Since the story was a final addition to the level, everything had to end on a cliffhanger. Next time I am hoping that everything will be bigger and more conclusive.
